Completing the Offering Control Sheet.
a. Section I - (Figure 2-2).
(1) The heading gives all the general information about the service - when, where, who,
etc. Also, the last sentence has a space to note if this is a designated offering.
(2) The counters complete SECTION I of the Offering Control Sheet in triplicate.
NOTE: The chaplain assistant may have completed this information before the
service, so that only the attendance remains to be recorded.
