INTRODUCTION
The giving of offerings is an integral part of the worship experience and has historical precedence in
religious practice. Their primary purpose is to facilitate stewardship. Chaplains' funds will be used to
provide support to the moral, spiritual and social activities related to the religious program for the
benefit of active duty and retired military personnel, and other authorized personnel in the command.
