Moral and Ethical Issues
The mission of the RST is--
"...to support the religious, spiritual, moral and ethical
needs of the U.S. Army."

Toward this end, the unit chaplain advises the commander and
staff--
"...on matters of religion, morals, and morale, to include
the spiritual, ethical, and moral health of the command, to
include the humanitarian aspects of command policies,
leadership practices, and management systems."

In a related function, the chaplain serves as the principle staff officer
for moral leadership training. This training is the--
"...commander's tool to address the moral, social, ethical
and spiritual questions that affect the climate of the
command."
