Deposit Offering at the Bank.
a. Banks and funds have different procedures for night drops. Therefore, coordination with
clerk/manager must be made to obtain a key.
NOTE:
Recommend MP escort when transporting money.
b. Direct deposit thru bank teller at the window.
c. Present deposit slip to teller.
d. Get a verified deposit slip from teller.
e. Return deposit receipt to Fund Manager/Clerk.

Overview of steps on how to prepare offerings for deposit.
STEP 1:
Check the accuracy of the Offering Control Sheet(s).
NOTE:
Check each Offering Control Sheet (OCS) separately whenever there
is more than one being prepared for deposit.
Sort each separate offering into stacks according to denomination.
Check each entry by quantity and dollar amount listed on the Offering Control
Sheet and actual money counted.
IF CORRECT: Sign Offering Control Sheet(s).
IF ANY ERROR EXISTS:
Notify manager, clerk, chairperson, or other
designated person and do not sign Offering Control Sheet(s).
